Data Processing Agreement

1. Parties

This data processing agreement applies to the collaboration between:

Controller: The client
Processor: RQ Data Solutions

KvK: 42019038

2. Purpose of processing

RQ Data Solutions processes personal data solely on behalf of the client for:

• Data cleaning and validation
• Excel automation
• Reporting and analysis
• Website and workflow automation

3. Types of data

Depending on the assignment, the following data may be processed:

• Name details
• Emailadressen
• Company details
• Financial or operational data

4. Obligations of the processor

• Processes data only according to the client’s instructions
• Processes data confidentially
• Takes appropriate technical and organisational measures
• Has no independent purpose for using the data

5. Security

RQ Data Solutions takes appropriate security measures, such as:

• Restricted access to data
• Use of secure systems
• Storage in reliable software environments

6. Sub-processors

If necessary, RQ Data Solutions may use sub-processors (such as hosting or software providers). This only happens when necessary for carrying out the assignment.

7. Data breaches

In the event of a data breach, RQ Data Solutions will inform the client as soon as possible, so that appropriate measures can be taken.

8. Confidentiality

All data is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties, unless necessary for carrying out the assignment.

9. Duration and termination

This agreement remains in force as long as RQ Data Solutions processes data on behalf of the client.

• After completion, data will be deleted or returned
• Unless legal obligations require otherwise

10. Liability

RQ Data Solutions is only liable for damage directly resulting from failure to comply with this agreement, with a maximum equal to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
